2018:

1st place in the "Best mini-hotel" nomination of the "Russian Hospitality Awards".

2019:

1. 1st place in the "Best mini-hotel" nomination of the State Hospitality Award.

2. Participation in the hotel business professional exhibition "PIR-hotel 2019".

3. 1st place in the "Best mini-hotel" nomination of the "Russian Hospitality Awards".

4. Victory in the "Best eco-hotel / ethno (ethnic) hotel" nomination of World Crystal Awards.
