Rules of stay at Grand Sova Boutique Hotel
The check-in time is 14.00, the check–out time is before 12.00
If it gets necessary to prolong the stay, the guest must contact the receptionist to check if there is a possibility of a later departure.
In the longer stay is possible, an additional fee will be charged in the following order:
at check–out before 18.00 - an hourly payment.
at check–out from 18.00 to 22.00 - a payment for half a day.
if you check out later than 22.00, you will be charged for a full day.
You must present your passport upon arrival to arrange your stay at the boutique hotel.
- We sincerely want to make your stay at the boutique hotel comfortable, so we ask all guests: to respect each other, not to disturb other guests at night, and also to observe the norms of behaviour in public places. If there are persons in Grand Sova Boutique Hotel or Restaurant who are spoiling the comfort and quiet stay of other guests with their behaviour, the staff reserve the right to ask the rules-violating guest to vacate the premises, without refund for the unused stay period. In case of conflict situations due to aggressive or otherwise inappropriate behaviour of any of the guests, the staff will immediately inform law enforcement officers about this fact.
- All employees of Grand Sova Boutique Hotel and Restaurant treat all guests with deep respect without exception. And, of course, they are happy when this respect is mutual. Unacceptable guest behaviour, such as insulting or otherwise discrediting the honour and dignity of the employees, is not permitted in Grand Sova Boutique Hotel and Restaurant. In case of such an event, the staff reserve the right to demand the agressive guest to vacate the premises without refund for the unused stay, as well as the right to call the law enforcement.
- All the interior items and small details of the living rooms and public areas were created with great love, and so we kindly ask our guests to take care of the property. In case of loss or damage to the hotel or restaurant's property, the guests responsible for the loss are obliged to reimburse the cost in full.
- Grand Sova Boutique Hotel does not have on-site parking. We are located in a protected part of the city and carefully preserve the appearance Ples, and therefore we do not have the opportunity to equip the adjacent territory for parking. Guests can use the gravel parking lot close by, which is also under video surveillance. We ask our guests to inform us in advance of the car model and license plate number, since during the high season the car entry into Ples is legally limited.
- There is no smoking policy in the premises of Grand Sova Boutique Hotel. For smoking, the administration kindly asks you to go out into the fresh air. In case of violation the no-smoking rule, the violator is charged a fee set by the administration of the Boutique Hotel, currently in the amount of 5,000 rubles. These funds will be used for special treatment of the premises.
- Ples is famous for the Volga fish. We will be happy to recommend the local fishermen who will prepare smoked fish and deliver it on the day of your departure. But we kindly ask you not to bring fish to the rooms and common areas of the Boutique Hotel and to the Restaurant. We do not provide for its storage and consumption. In case of violation of the no-fish rule, we will also be forced to charge a fee for the fragrance treatment of the room, in the amount of 5,000 rubles.
- Our rooms are not adapted for a comfortable stay with pets. That's why we don't allow in pets.
- Grand Sova Boutique Hotel rooms are not of the apartment category, therefore they are not intended for cooking. At Grand Sova Restaurant, we do not cut, do not heat and do not cook ready-made food or food from the ingredients brough in by the guests.
- Grand Sova Restaurant has two dining rooms and an open veranda, where we serve dishes prepared with love by our chef and serve drinks listed in the bar's menu. It is forbidden to enter the restaurant with your own food and drinks.
- Grand Sova Restaurant is open to guests for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and is not intended for spending leisure time there. Guests can relax in the living room of the Boutique Hotel.
- We try to plan and provide for the most comfortable stay of our guests. Therefore, we recommend booking your visit to the spa area in advance (included in the accomodation price), reserving a table in the restaurant at the boutique hotel, as well as booking excursions and masterclasses, which are booked after placing a non-refundable deposit. We are always open to dialogue, so we are ready to discuss and take note of your wishes before arriving in Ples.
