The stay at Grand Sova Restaurant, like at Ples itself, is tranquil, cosy and very authentic.
The hotel restaurant has two halls. One of them has a fireplace and a wine cellar, and the other has glass panoramic windows. In summer we open a veranda with stunning views of the Volga expanses.
The hotel restaurant truly represents an artistic vision. We pay special attention to serving and choosing the dishes: each dish is a work of art that we offer to you for contemplation.
